There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a twin and a double and three further on the top floor, two doubles and bunks. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite and there is also a family bathroom. The master suite also has a dressing room and private sun terrace. The first floor is open plan, having a fantastic lounge and kitchen/dining area, both with access out onto the sun terrace overlooking the bay.

The rear garden is also a delight being terraced to takefull advantage of the stunning views across the bay and the surrounding coastline. From the top terrace you can take in the mountains of snowdonia and the Lleyn peninsula. The terrace adjacent to the house has been decked and is perfect for summer al fresco dining!
