Area has wonderful walks, cycles trails, bridle paths & open common access, superb A roads for motorcycling, excellent fishing on the famous Wye and Usk rivers, and good value golfing.

The kitchen is very well fitted with a large Bosch single oven with microwave over, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and hob, ample storage and work space. Kitchen table and chairs with lovely stone tiled floor. A utility room with handbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Ample storage and drying for coats and boots. Downstairs shower room with toilet and handbasin.

The sitting room is very spacious with comfy sofas and chairs, a feature stone fireplace with an electric flame effect stove. The dining table and chairs will comfortably seat at least six people. TV with Freesat, DVD, CD and radio. Good supply of books and games. Large French doors show the stunning view and open out to the garden and terrace.Underfloor heating downstairs.

Upstairs Bedroom 1: There is a balcony with French doors from the master bedroom – making this a magnificent bedroom with a king-size bed and ample space. En suite facilities including shower over bath; there is an inter-linking door if wanted to:

There are the most lovely views from the house, with the horses and sheep in the fields close to the house and the Brecon Beacons in the back ground.
Close to Brecon yet situated with a few other dwellings in a rural location. The Award Winning Griffin at Felin Fach is a few minutes down the lane.

large paddock and eight (luxurious) stables in an indoor American Style Barn if visitors wish to bring horses. There are miles of uninterrupted riding on open common land just up from the farm.
