The cottage is a stone faced single storey building attached to the main farmhouse but completely self contained. It also has the latest technology of underfloor heating to all rooms, heat exchange system,and solar panels combined with a traditional multi-fuel stove in an oak-beamed fireplace. It is furnished to a high standard with oak flooring and traditional ledge and brace oak doors. This is a no smoking property as are all our cottages, BOTH PROPERTIES ARE STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND CHILDREN'S FELT PENS MUST NOT BE TAKEN INTO THE COTTAGE OR YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT.

Sitting room:
Comfortably furnished with sofas, light oak flooring and oak beamed inglenook fireplace housing cast iron stove which burns both logs and coal and also heats water as a back up to the central heating. There is a wall-mounted flat screen Freeview LCD TV and DVD. This light and airy room has sliding french windows which give sea views and access to the large exterior garden.

An open plan room with oak kitchen units, granite worksurfaces, electric cooker, dishwasher, washer microwave and usual small appliances. Crockery and cutlery are provided. A glass door offer views of the sea and small garden area. An extending dining table and chairs seating six is provided.

Main bedroom:
Super king size zip and link bed which can be converted to two singles, carpeted and furnished to a high standard pretty sea and country views from the windows.

Bedroom 2
A light and spacious room with corner window with sea views this bedroom again is comfortably furnished and carpeted with oak double bed.
Full ensuite with shower, washbasin, WC and mirror light with shaver socket

Bedroom 3
A smaller room comfortably furnished and carpeted with twin beds.

Bath with shower over,WC and washbasin. Mirror with shaver socket. Slate floor.


A charming enclosed garden area with very large paved patio IDEAL FOR AN EVENING BARBEQUE.Parking for two cars at the side of property. Please note we do not provide barbeques.

Included in the price:
Gas, electricity, bedding, logs.
A cot can be accommodated in any of the bedrooms, visitors are asked to bring their own travel cots, although a high chair can be provided on request.

We do not provide towels in any of our properties for self catering however they are available to hire for a small charge.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to date of arrival, unless you are holidaying with us in the next 6 weeks in which case the full balance is due immediately by cheque. Cash on arrival may be requested if you have booked at very short notice. Guests are advised to take out their own holiday insurance as we cannot refund monies due to cancellation. A damage deposit will be taken full details on booking form which contains terms and conditions

Cottages are currently closed to holiday visitors due to the Corona Virus shut down by the Welsh Government. If you have a booking with us please contact us to discuss - currently we will offer to switch the value of your payment towards another holiday (up to 26th March 2021) for any stays up to the 30th April 2020. We will review the situation in line with government advice on a daily basis.
