Welcome to Ty Capten farm which offers 4 star quality accommodation in the original stable building across the yard from the farmhouse. Our working sheep farm is situated in lovely countryside, yet only 4 miles from Caerleon and Cwmbran, easily reached for that weekend away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The stable can sleep 6 adults in 3 rooms, 2 of these bedrooms are on the ground floor and 1 upstairs bedroom in what was once used as a granary. all bed rooms have there own ensuite facilities. If you are a group of 6 friends or a family you can have the choice of bed and breakfast or arrange a self catering package.

Susan and Colin offers you a place of peace, quiet and relaxation ideal location for leisure and business. A friendly welcome and comfortable accommodation awaits you in our converted granary and stable.

The farm's original stables and granary now offer you and your friends or family a cosy and comfortable, place to stay.

We offer 2 bedrooms on the ground floor each with their own en suite, all bedrooms have digital TV, WiFi internet access and a hospitality tray. A sunny guest sitting room with a wood burning stove for chilly evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with a range style electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, where you can watch Susan cook you a delicious farm style breakfast using eggs laid by the farm hens, bacon and sausage from the local butcher. This is served in the adjoining dining room.

The property has central heating with wood and tiled floors throughout. Relax out on the patio or under the walnut tree enjoying the warmth of the afternoon and evening sun, with views looking out over our orchard and the sheep in the fields.
