Padog has 3 high quality bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms which can also be re-arranged to doubles if required), which are at ground floor level. All rooms have en-suite facilities with complimentry toiletries, central heating, remote control LCD television, tea and coffee making facilities, alarm clock/radio and hairdryer. Wireless internet access is available free of charge. Children are welcome and a travel cot is available upon request. Secure off road parking and a lock up stone building for bikes is available. During the summer months there are two patios for you to use. The patio to the rear of the house looks on to the garden and the front patio with the pagoda overlooks the stunning views of the Conwy Valley. Both patios are an ideal place to unwind and relax at the end of your day.
The market town of Llanrwst is only 1 mile away with much to offer: several pubs, banks, post office, supermarket, swimming pool, takeaways and eating places. Five miles south of Padog B&B is the popular tourist village of Betws-y-Coed and the nearby Swallow Falls. To the north 5 miles towards the coast are the famous Bodnant Gardens and nurseries. A short distance of 10miles or approx. 20mins drive from the B&B is the historic walles town of Conwy with its castle and quay, and a couple miles further is the Victorian town of Llandudno.
Padog is an ideal base for touring, walking, bird-watching, fishing, canoeing, golf, climbing, horse riding and mountain biking (+hire) as all listed are all available locally.
The Marin Trail through the Gwydir forest has proved very popular and is only 2 miles away.
Drying facilities for wet clothing is available and an iron and ironing board is also on offer if required.
Guests arriving by public transport can be met and picked up at a local railway station by prior arrangement.
