Alarch has achieved a Four Star Grading (of a maximum of Five) with the Wales Tourist Board (now referred to as 'Visit Wales'). The grading system is an international standard and is testimony to the quality of the environment.

The Kitchen
The large kitchen achieves first class contemporary specification with the full range of equipment and appliances to cater easily for small or larger groups. An useful cloakroom sized ground floor toilet is accessed via kitchen or rear door.
The Living Room
The living area, provides full range seating for large groups incorporating modern leather suites enhanced by oak furniture in the modern and antique style. In warmer weather the lounge gives access to the rear patio via French windows.

The Dining Room
The generous dining room again provides ample space for groups. Furnished in a contemporary style with oak extending tables and chairs, this area offers an elegant but intimate dining experience.

Bedrooms
There are two Double bedrooms with one as the Master with en-suite facility. Both Double rooms are furnished in oak in the Arts & Crafts style. There are also two Twin bedrooms with great views to the rear. The Twin rooms are furnished in the New England cottage style. The fifth bedroom is awaiting designation.

Landing Areas
The Second floor Landing is a generous size furnished with comfortable seating and lighting.

Bathrooms
En suite to Master bedroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. Master bathroom on the First Floor with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

Outside
To the front of the property is a sheltered porch overhang fronted by a small parterre garden. The rear is south facing and sheltered from the winds. There is garage and parking for up to three vehicles.
