Neuadd Lwyd was a fine Victorian Rectory which has been skilfully restored and refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. It is located in a beautiful rural setting with spectacular views of Snowdonia and the Isle of Anglesey.

Neuadd Lwyd started life as a fine grey-stoned early Victorian Rectory which has been tastefully refurbished into an elegant and stylish Country House. Located in an idyllic and tranquil rural setting on the Isle of Anglesey, it is steeped in history and has panoramic views of the Snowdonia mountains.

Neuadd Lwyd is an old property, built in the Victorian era, when the needs of people with disabilities were not always considered. The following is offered as a helpful guide:

Set in a rural location, Neuadd Lwyd is accessed along a level driveway and has ample parking space.
The ground floor is level throughout. However, there is one low step up from the outside through the wheelchair-wide front door which is easily accessed with a gentle gradient ramp.
All bedrooms are on the first floor. The double rooms have spacious accommodation, but the twin room is more compact and has a shower with a step that the less agile and those who are less steady on their feet may find difficult.
The main staircase is wide with low gradient steps. It has a half landing after 10 steps, and then a further 9 to the first floor, which has a good sized landing. It is possible to be linked to an assisting second person in order to ascend and descend the stairs.
A toilet (not wide enough for wheelchair entry) is situated just off the entrance hallway and is available for guest use.
The main entrance hall and stairs have good colour contrast and are well lit. Task lighting (angle poise or swan neck lamps) can be provided on request anywhere on the premises (e.g. in the Dining Room).
Menus, drinks and wine lists can be produced in large print if required (just ask the helpful staff).
All dietary requirements (e.g. gluten free, vegan, ethnic preferences) can be catered for if requested in advance.
