The bath/shower room is newly refurbished and on the ground floor along with the master bedroom, having a double bedstead and views out to the gardens. the kitchen is bright and modern and leads out to the garden, which iteslef is without doubt one of the best features of this property. There is 1/2 acre of lawns and flower beds, private and offereing views over towards the inland sea.

Upstairs you will find two twin bedrooms and little hidden gen for little ones in the form of a lilttle cabin bedroom. Only really big enough for little guests but very appealing!

There is ample parking for at least 2 cars. The property is to be found down a very quiet lane within Trearddur and is about 15minutes walk down to the beach. there are some lovely walks to be had along the inland sea, very close to the property.
