Vivian Diving Centre, Llanberis

The slate pool here was once part of the vast Dinorwig Slate mine at Llanberis. The main face of the mine was left to fill with fresh clear water to a depth of 18 metres, creating a perfect place to dive in relative safety whatever the weather for all levels of diver. Snowdonia Adventures

Guided walks all over the area from gentle riverside strolls, to strenuous hikes in the hills, and mountain days for the more seasoned hill walker. Sea2Summit

Anglesey Sail and Power Ltd is a family run RYA accredited training centre based on the beautiful and wildlife rich waters of the Menai Strait and South-East corner of Anglesey.

As an RYA training centre we are accredited to run the powerboat scheme from Level 1 through to Advanced Level in our 6m 115Hp rib and also the keelboat sailing scheme from Level 1 through to the more advanced courses such as day sailing or seamanship skills, these courses being carried out onboard our Hunter 707 keelboats.

Our base is a classroom on the waters edge in the popular and attractive village of Y Felinheli on the Menai Strait where we also carry out the cruising scheme shorebased courses from Basic Safety and Navigation through to Yachtmaster theory.

As well as our structured RYA courses which follow a specific syllabus we will also accommodate anybody who just wants to have a go in a powerboat or sailing taster session for either a day or half day with as much or as little instruction as you like.

We can supply all the safety equipment you require to make your time with us comfortable and all our instructors are fully RYA qualified and experienced at operating within the local waters and will look after your safety.
