YHA Brecon - just outside Brecon town provides excellent accommodation for families and large groups.
YHA Llandedeusant is on the western edge of the Beacons with trails to the nearby lake of Llyn y Fan. It has 26 beds and is available for individual and exclusive use bookings.
YHA Llwyn y Celyn is popular with hill walkers because of its easy access to Pen y Fan.
YHA Danywenallt, next to the Talybont resevoir has excellent accommodation for families and small groups.

YHA Brecon is a stunning Victorian country house situated just a few miles from the historic market town of Brecon with its medieval streets and Cathedral, making it the perfect base to explore the area.

YHA Brecon offers excellent quality accommodation, food and service. There are a number of private family rooms, some with en-suite facilities and 24 hour access via a door code system. Delicious meals are prepared with locally sourced ingredients and guests can choose from a fantastic selection of wine and local beers.

YHA Llwyn y Celyn offers access to some of the best walking in Wales. Choose gentle strolls alongside the Brecon and Monmouth Canal or ascend across the spectacular ridges and peaks of Pen-y-Fan (2,907 feet) and Corn Du (2,863 feet).
Cosy accommodation greets your return to the property, which is an 18th century Welsh farmhouse set in 15 acres of ancient woodland. Evening meals are served in the farmhouse style dining room. We try to source our ingredients locally, taking care in the preparation, and serve our meals with pride. Local beers and a varied selection of wines are stocked in our bar.

YHA Danywenallt is a charmingly converted Welsh farm house. Nestling below the Talybont Reservoir the centre is surrounded by wooded slopes, high peaks, waterfalls and trails. Its secluded location with great access makes it a perfect destination for groups and families.
A full catering service is provided, local produce and regional flavours are a speciality. The cosy lounge with its wood burning stove gives a relaxing end to fun filled days. Most rooms have private facilities

YHA Llanddeusant is a former inn built in 1789, retains many of its original features and offers a warm welcome with an open fire in the lounge. The Black Mountain Red Kite feeding station is a mile away.
A break in this rural retreat will restore your spirits. Set in the least developed area of the Brecon Beacons, the hostel overlooks the magical Sawdde Valley. Trails lead up to the legendary Llyn y Fan glacial lake and the heights of the Carmarthen Fans. Circular walks will take you to an Iron Age fort, Roman camps and standing stones.
