Set in 6 acres of farmland with attractive gardens and beautiful panoramic views we offer self catering or B+B accommodation on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The house has one double room and two twin rooms.

Pen-y-graig Canol is an 200 year old pair of cottages set back from the main road, in 6 acres of gardens and pastureland with panoramic views of the Black Mountain. We are situated in the South Western corner of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Pen-y-Graig Canol has an outdoor heated pool(High season), Gardens with play area, Freeview TV and DVD's. We also have Laundry facilities and storage for mountain bikes.

A 4 berth caravan is also available or we can accommodate campers.

Bed and Breakfast is available on request.

Dogs are welcome.

Just 150 yards or so up the road and you are on open land which you can roam across freely. There are outstanding viewpoints, historic sites, geological features and evidence of the industry that has shaped the landscape. Red kites and buzzards fly over the wild western mountains.

Pen-y-graig Canol is a perfect spot for those wishing to walk, mountain bike, para-glide, bird watch etc. There are many opportunities for outdoor activities or seeing the tourist attractions as well as enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Quieter than the Central Beacons or the eastern Black Mountains, Yr Mynydd Du (The Black Mountain) has a different feel to it totally and is part of the Brecon Beacons Fforest Fawr GeoPark.

We aim to give our visitors a homely, friendly place to stay, where they can relax and unwind.
